We are delighted to announce that on Wednesday June 26th Willmett Solicitors in-house HIP team reached the milestone of 1000 HIPs produced for satisfied customers throughout the Thames Valley area. Willmett would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our partners and customers who have helped to make the HIP service a success.
Following relocation to our office in central Reading in May the Willmett HIP team have been instrumental in securing new business with regional estate agents seeking to ensure that customers recieve a competitvely priced and integrated HIP and conveyancing service.
The Home Information Pack (HIP) is a collection compulsory information regarding a residential property and its status. It is the responsibility of the owner of the property to ensure this information is available.
